One of my favorite dishes is Müsli. The breakfast dish originated in Switzerland, but is very popular across Germany as well. The basic recipe consists of oats, grains, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit, which is then soaked in a combination of milk and cream (or yogurt) over night. When I don’t have anything to pack for work, I often combine ingredients in the morning and then eat it for lunch.
For this version, my mom and I added Chia seeds, apples, and Greek vanilla yogurt. Because of all the possible combinations of ingredients, Müsli never gets boring.
