Nothing too exciting tonight, other than walking through ankle deep slush piles. I did clean and re-season my BakingSteel after several months of consistent usage. It just makes me smile knowing that this piece of bake ware is going to last forever. It is…. just a giant piece of steel, but the baking results I get from it are just phenomenal.
Today’s dinner includes some grilled BBQ chicken with a side of sauteed mushroom and onions in balsamic vinaigrette and a piece of sweet corn.
