Windyn- Clintonville (Meal 33)

Windyn Hines

On Saturday morning, I shared my second-to-last meal of the Partake Columbus project with Calvin.  We ate green eggs and baked beans.  Calvin used spinach from our CSA to make the eggs green like in Dr. Seuss’ book (minus the ham)!  When Calvin traveled abroad for the first time he ate baked beans for breakfast in London.  For that reason, we eat baked beans in the morning like the English.  They are so sweet, like candy.
