Jeni Hansen Gard – Old North Columbus – Day 28

Jeni Hansen Gard

Today was filled with several shared meals and a little celebration since Forrest shipped his work off to Korea for the 8th Gyeonggi International Ceramic Biennale. He was short on some packing materials so I ran out to Bexley to get some packing peanuts at place with very reasonable prices. Since I was already in the area I stopped in to Cherbourg Bakery for our favorite sweet treats. We shared a citrus lavender muffin, the same as last time but, with a fleur-de-lis dusted on top. Windyn stopped by around lunch and the three of us shared a blueberry muffin. Julie came over for a dinner meeting. We made fish tacos with fish from Kingdom Fish the same fish we ate at the first meal together. We had tacos, a mango salsa, tomato, lettuce, sour cream, cheese, and rice. We talked into the evening about a show coming up soon that we are working to collaborate on. The show goes up early April at ROY G BIV Gallery so we are going to meet again later this week to make sure we have all the details worked out. Life never does slow down for me. She brought dark chocolate and strawberries for dessert. How does she know me so well?!?day 28 - 2
